retirement fund. The law providing for such a fund was passed by the 1913 session of the legislature, Chap 251, now, as amended, Chap 15-39,
NDRC 1943 and 1947 Supplement. It became effective July 1, 1913. It provides for such fund, its control and administration
by a board of trustees.
